François Thuilleur

Alliance Global Director, After Sales New Business Project

Biography

François Thuilleur was appointed Alliance Global Director for After-Sales New Business in February 2015. 
 
Thuilleur has spent his entire career with Renault. He completed a 15-month international internship in marketing with Renault Belgium Luxembourg in Brussels before being appointed International Distribution Project Manager in the Renault Global Marketing Division in 1995. Three years later, he became Product Manager for the Trafic II in the Renault Global LCV Division.
 
In 2001, he took on an operational role as Branch Manager for the Renault Retail Group in Valenciennes, northern France. Two international postings followed: he was appointed Marketing Director for Renault Portugal in 2004, and then Marketing Director for Renault and Dacia for Renault Germany in 2008.
 
He returned to France in 2011 as Sales & Marketing Director in Global After-Sales, dealing with the Renault, Dacia and Samsung brands. He was head of Cross Functional Team 1 “Business Development”, and pilot of the “Speed” Project focusing on the reorganization of the Global Sales and Marketing Division. In July 2014, he became Pilot of the Alliance “All Parts” project.
 
François Thuilleur graduated from the ESC Clermont business school and has a Masters degree in engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech. More recently, he was awarded a diploma by the European Centre for Executive Development at INSEAD.
