AEEP: Alliance Engineer Exchange Program

Each year, the Alliance Engineer Exchange program (AEEP) offers selected engineers and young professionals from non-engineering functions from Renault and Nissan the chance to work together in pairs during 6 months, to identify synergies and best practices in their field of activity.

The program includes a benchmarking trip to the partner company and weekly live meetings, conference calls or visio-conferences, a good occasion to learn to work together inside the Alliance, and build network among young engineers. In 2013, 32 employees participated in the program: we followed 2 of them from the opening seminar in November 2012 to the closing meeting in April 2013
