Helios: digital synergies for the Alliance

The digital experience is at the heart of the relationship between the brands and their customers. With Helios project, Renault and Nissan teamed together to offer internet users with the best technology for their online interaction with the different Alliance brands, be it through a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet.
 
The first country to use Helios to build the new Renault and Nissan websites was India, at the end of 2014. Since then, other countries have launched their websites using the Helios technology, like Turkey for Renault or South Africa for Infiniti. In 2017, Helios will be powering more than 300 websites of six Alliance brands across the world:  Renault, Dacia, Renault Samsung motor, Nissan, Infiniti and Datsun.
 
This project, a new example of Alliance synergies in the field of Sales and Marketing, will generate a cost saving of more than € 30 M over 3 years.
