Nissan and Renault unveil world-first innovations at Geneva Motor Show
Visitors to the Geneva Motor Show (6th-16th March) will be treated to a host of new innovations from Nissan and Renault – including several European and world firsts.

One of the highlights of this 84th edition of the Swiss show will be the world premiere of the next generation Twingo. The latest incarnation of Renault's famous city car will be featured at the Renault stand, alongside a new version of the Renault Clio R.S. Guests will also be able to discover a brand new engine in the Energy range, Renault's product line that adapts F1 technology for mass-market use.

At the Nissan stand, crossover vehicles will be the main attraction. Visitors will be able to view the all-new X-Trail, featuring advanced 4x4 functionalities and a striking design with bi-LED headlamps and the NissanConnect navigation and infotainment system, both first-time additions to the crossover sector. The brand new QASHQAI  is also set to be a star of the show, with a crossover design that integrates the Nissan Safety Shield, a suite of industry-leading safety features.

Electric vehicle fans will be eager to see the e-NV200. Combining the low-cost, sustainable performance of the Nissan LEAF with the cargo capacity of the Nissan NV200, this new zero-emission vehicle is set to be a hit with business users and large families. Other innovations will include the  GT-R Nismo, the fastest Nissan performance production car ever, and the BladeGlider concept, which re-imagines car design with a narrow front-track and perfect weight distribution.

It's set to be a busy 10 days for Renault and Nissan in Geneva this year!
