Construction of the first Nissan ZEOD RC chassis is nearing completion, and the ground-breaking car that will "electrify Le Mans" is set to hit the track for the first time in the UK in early September.

In February, CEO Carlos Ghosn announced Nissan would return to Le Mans - the world’s oldest sports car endurance race - in 2014 with an entry in Garage 56, a slot reserved for experimental vehicles pioneering new technology.

On Friday June 21 at 10:30 am, Nissan will reveal its 2014 Garage 56 entry - an all-new race car incorporating electric technology.
