Four Renault-Nissan Alliance executives amongst the 25 Leading Women in the European automotive industry
Four Renault-Nissan Alliance executives have been named Leading Women 2016 by Automotive News Europe:

Mouna Sepehri, Executive vice president, CEO office, Renault
Marie-Francoise Damesin, Alliance EVP, Human Resources, Renault Nissan / EVP, Group Human Resources Renault
Judith Richardson, Vice president purchasing, Nissan
Agneta Dahlgren, Design director C-segment and electric vehicles, Renault

The Renault-Nissan Alliance is committed to closing the gender gap, with both companies seeing an incremental growth in the percentage of women in manager-level positions globally.

The Alliance believes that hiring and promoting women is the right thing to do for society and for the business. Women decide or influence the overwhelming majority of car purchases globally.

Renault and Nissan will provide an update on its progress on gender and diversity in advance of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society. This year’s conference takes place 30 Nov – 2 Dec in Deauville, France.

Since 2006, the Alliance has been supporting this event that gathers leaders who aim to level the playing field for women in industry, academia, politics and society.
