Free domestic charging point for Renault ZOE drivers in UK

With a domestic charging point offered for free, UK drivers have even more reasons to purchase the Renault ZOE when it arrives on their market in June.

As soon as customers place their order for the ZOE, Renault will contact British Gas, the company responsible for supplying and installing the charger in the customer's home. The installation of the 32-amp single-wall box will take place roughly one month before the vehicle is delivered, ensuring everything is up and running by the time the ZOE arrives at its new home.

The offer is open to new customers and anyone who has pre-ordered the Renault ZOE, and follows the UK government's recent announcement of increased grants for electric vehicles. With the government covering 75% of the cost of the installation and Renault 25%, UK customers will save themselves around £500, on top of a £5,000 grant for the purchase of an electric vehicle. UK drivers have more and more reasons to go electric!
