The Renault-Nissan Alliance at the World Economic Forum on Latin America

The Renault-Nissan Alliance is a strategic partner of the World Economic Forum, which recently summoned more than one thousand leaders in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
 
Under the theme “Fostering Development and Entrepreneurship in the Fourth Industrial Revolution”, the World Economic Forum on Latin America gathered global and regional influencers from business, government and civil society to share strategic insights and led several discussions on topics critical to navigate the present landscape and contribute to shaping Latin America’s inclusive future.
 
Olivier Murguet, Chairman for the Americas Region at Groupe Renault and Jose Valls, Chairman of Latin America at Nissan led the Alliance delegation.
 
Olivier Murguet was a panelist in the session “Liveable Latin American Cities” and Jose Valls in the session “Keeping the Commitment on Climate Change.” They also participated in meetings focused on the future of production, investments, economic growth and sustainable development in the Latin America region, where the Renault-Nissan Alliance is a major player.
 
The World Economic Forum is an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. Incorporated as a not-for-profit foundation in 1971 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the Forum is widely seen as the most important business summit worldwide.
