With the World Economic Forum now under way in Davos, the town's usual crowds of skiers and snowboarders have been joined by international politicians and influential CEOs. The accessory of choice is no longer ski poles and tinted goggles; it's laptop bags and leather briefcases.

Price reduction of €3,000 makes it easier for everyone to join the electric vehicle revolution

Nissan is making zero-emission mobility more affordable by reducing the price of the all-electric Nissan LEAF by €3,000 in European markets. The change comes as part of a global effort to make the LEAF more affordable in the pioneering electric vehicle's three main markets of Japan, Europe and the United States.

Electric vehicles in the US have just found plenty of potentially new homes in Boulder County, Colorado. This jurisdiction in the northern part of the state recently adopted the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code, requiring all new homes to come pre-wired for electric vehicles.
