Renault is helping the Alliance tighten its grip on two of the most competitive segments of the European market: electric vehicles and crossovers.
 
Star of the company’s stand at the Geneva International Motor Show (5-15 March) is the new Renault Kadjar, which joins the all-conquering Nissan Qashqai and Nissan Juke in the ultra competitive compact crossover market. It slots in the Renault range between Captur and Koleos to give the Alliance the most comprehensive offering in the segment.

Autonomous Drive is a “megatrend” that will transform our cars and make them far safer, Carlos Ghosn told a major technology conference on Monday.
 
“All carmakers are developing this technology because it will make cars safer,” Ghosn, Chairman and CEO of the Renault Nissan Alliance, said during the opening keynote session of Mobile World Congress 2015. “It’s going to come in waves.”

José Vicente de los Mozos, member of Renault’s Executive Committee, Executive Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply-Chain, and CEO of Renault Spain, also took part in the meeting.
